You cannot receive the treatment if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have epilepsy, have taken vitamin A or tetracycline within the last 6 months, have active herpes, eczema/psoriasis in the brow area, or are prone to keloid scarring. In addition, you should avoid blood-thinning medication 2 days before (TREO is fine, however).

Healing takes about 1 week. Gently clean the brows with Chlorhexidine 0.05% and apply a thin layer of special cream/Vaseline twice daily for the first 4 days. Avoid makeup, soap, as well as swimming pool, sauna, sun and hard sports for up to 7–10 days. Never scratch or pick at the scabs!

Yes, but if you have had the herpes virus, it is strongly recommended that you buy prescription medication (e.g. Aciclovir). The medication should be taken one day before the treatment and continued for four days afterwards to minimise the risk of an outbreak. In the event of an active outbreak, it must be completely healed, and a further one week must pass before you can receive the treatment.

It is important that you arrive with well-hydrated and moisturised lips (care for them well with lip balm leading up to your appointment). Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds 2 weeks before, and avoid blood-thinning medication or painkillers 2 days before (TREO is fine, however). No, you must not wear lash extensions for the treatment, and you should avoid new lashes or a lash lift for a minimum of 10 days afterwards. If you wear contact lenses, you must take them out before the treatment (please bring your glasses).

You must not take blood-thinning medication, antibiotics or painkillers 2 days before the treatment, as these have a blood-thinning effect. You cannot receive the treatment if you are pregnant/breastfeeding (the first 3 months), have taken vitamin A/tetracycline in the last six months, have epilepsy, form keloid scars, or have herpes/eczema/psoriasis in the area.

The area must be kept completely dry for the first 48 hours (and generally as dry as possible for 5–7 days).
