2. What data we process
We only collect the information needed to contact you and provide our treatments:
- Contact details you provide when you call or write to book an appointment (name, phone number and any treatment preferences).
- Technical data automatically recorded when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser type, via our hosting provider.
The site contains no contact form, and we do not collect information about you without your involvement.
3. Booking
Bookings are handled through the Planway service. When you click "Book", you are redirected to Planway's platform, where any information you enter is processed by Planway under their own privacy policy.
4. Cookies and third parties
The site uses cookies and third-party services that may set cookies or receive your IP address. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set once you give consent via our cookie banner:
- Microsoft Clarity – analytics tool that helps us understand how the site is used (e.g. anonymised visit patterns and heatmaps). Read more in our cookie policy.
- Google – used for marketing measurement.
- Instagram – we display an Instagram feed via LightWidget.
- Google Maps – a map of the clinic is embedded from Google.
- Netlify – our hosting provider, which processes technical log data.

5. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to enquiries, book and carry out treatments, and operate the site securely. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in running the clinic and website) of the GDPR.
6. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by applicable law, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
7. Your rights

8. Complaints
